Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer shopping from within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the bottle must be unopened, with its original seal intact, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Opened bottles, or bottles with a broken seal, cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons related to alcoholic beverages, except where the product received is faulty or does not match its description.
How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us through our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item received is faulty, incorrect, or damaged in transit, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us through our Contact page within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and its packaging, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
International Returns
For orders shipped outside Portugal, the customer is responsible for complying with any export and import regulations related to returning alcoholic beverages.
